Spirituality & Prayer

Prayer and spiritual growth is essential to transform ourselves and the world. Below are resources from partner organisations and ministries around the world to strengthen and inspire you in the work of justice and peace. Prayer resources on specific justice themes (refugees and asylum seekers, caring for creation, etc.) can be found in the Justice Network's Issues and Advocacy section.

bread4today150The Redemptorists of Australia and New Zealand have released a prayer app, Bread 4 Today - a free, accessible meditation aid for people to come closer to God and effect positive change in their lives and their community.

A Nouwen Network invites you to join with us in prayer and calling for "A National Day of Prayer for Mental Illness Awareness Recovery and Understanding" to be established in Australia.

On 8 August, Feast of St Mary MacKillop, the Sisters of St Joseph invite all Australians and people of good will, to join them in prayer for justice and compassion as a sign of solidarity with asylum seekers.
